Welcome to our very own website!
I hope this was a great suprise for everyone! I want to explain a few things for everyone, then you're off to have fun with the site and become comfortable with it.
Why -
I built this site, because I feel that we need somewhere to house all the great success we have built together! We have a huge spreadsheet that I think everyone of us should have access to anytime we want. So, you are able to view that on here under the MT Stats tab. That tab is password protected, therefore don't be concerned about anybody but us seeing it. If you forget the login or password, don't hesitate to ask me.
Actually, let's break the tabs down, to better understand what we have.
Home -
Obviously this is our 'home page'. There will be quick updates given on this page. (ex. - Weigh-in tomorrow! Don't forget!) There is also a quick calorie counter and a chatroom on here. Feel free to use those at your will. However, I don't think any of us have access to the chat at work, but I bet it'll be fun from home over the weekends!
Blog -
The blog will be used to house all the diet/excersize tips we need. Normally, we email these to eachother, but those usually get lost in our chatty shuffle. So if you have any blog ideas, please email them to me at tabitha.stone@gmail.com and I will update them on here for all to see.
Members -
This is a page to remind us about our past and future plans. To see that we set goals for ourselves, that we're real people struggling and SUCCEEDING at losing weight.
Pictures -
This is so we can house pictures of eachother together!
Why MT -
This is to remind us what a great impact our group is having on ourselves and each other.
Weigh-in Stats -
Like I said, This is to view the spreadsheet that normally I would keep. Again, this is password protected.
Challenges -
A few months ago, Cyprianna made a sheet of challenges we should follow, this is a quick reference point to these challenges.
