Murray's Chicken Corn Chowder
 
1/2 pack of bacon, diced
1 large onion, diced
5-6 large potatoes, cubed
2 cans of regular corn
2 cans of cream style corn
One whole chicken shredded or 2-3 breasts shredded
Quart of heavy cream
Milk
Salt & Pepper
 
In a large pot, cook bacon and onion till clear, add potatoes and the juice of the regular corn. Simmer on low heat with the cover on (to steam potatoes) stirring occasionally so as not to stick. When the potatoes are done, add the both corns, cream, milk (however much you want), shredded chicken and salt and pepper to taste. Heat through and serve.
 
*** This makes a ton - like enough for 8-10 people.
*** You can add more potatoes or milk to get the consistency you want - this recipe is pretty thick...
